Titanium can develop natural color changes when exposed to high temperatures. These may appear as brown, blue or rainbow-colored tones. This does not necessarily affect the cooking performance of the pan.
Titanium is known for its heat resistance. However, always follow the temperature and care instructions supplied with your cookware. Match the cooking oil to the required temperature and avoid leaving an empty pan unattended over high heat.
